Can I exchange an item?Exchanges will only be considered if the order is incorrect and the fault falls on our side.

What if I receive a defective item?We will replace any defective item free of charge. All we require is photo proof as well as an explanation of the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?We use YOCO for online payments and we also accept EFTs as well as cash.

Do you deliver nationwide?No. We only deliver within the Johannesburg and Pretoria area.

What currency will I be charged in?All transactions are processed in South African rand (ZAR).

How much do you charge for delivery?Our standard shipping rate is R110.00

How long does the delivery process take?Once an order has been processed, most deliveries reach our customers within 1 to 2 business days depending on the product ordered. You will find a written description of the items that will take longer to process located under the product image.
