  • Can I exchange an item?
    Exchanges will only be considered if the order is incorrect and the fault falls on our side.
  • Do you offer custom packaging?
    Yes we do. Not on our premises as we outsource the requirements.
  • What if I receive a defective item?
    We will replace any defective item free of charge. All we require is photo proof as well as an explanation of the issue.
  • Do you have physical stores?

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We use YOCO for online payments and we also accept EFTs as well as cash.
  • Do you deliver nationwide?
    No. We only deliver within the Johannesburg and Pretoria area.
  • Are prices VAT inclusive?
    No. We are not vat registered.
  • What currency will I be charged in?
    All transactions are processed in South African rand (ZAR).
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    Our standard shipping rate is R110.00
  • How long does the delivery process take?
    Once an order has been processed, most deliveries reach our customers within 1 to 2 business days depending on the product ordered. You will find a written description of the items that will take longer to process located under the product image.
